Deposit Policy
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking.
One night deposit will be required for low season booking period and full deposit of period of stay will be required for high season/peak season booking period.

Cancellation Policy
• Any cancellation must be in written by mail or fax with subject to approval of Aston Kuta Hotel & Residence.
• Any cancellation made within 3 days on normal season or 30 days on high and peak seasons prior to guest arrival, will result in the forfeiting 1 (one) night accommodation cancellation penal

Children Policy
• Maximum 01 children under 12 years old is free for sharing bed with the parent.
• Children under 2 years free buffet meals if dining with parents
• Discount 50 % on buffet meals and compulsury dinner for children from 2-12 years old.
